DENVER HOME BUYERSThe Denver home buyer’s greatest tool is education.
My philosophy for the Denver home buyer is to educate them
as to the Denver market, put a system in their hands, and ask
the right questions to help the buyer make the best decisions. We provide a Home Buying guide before we start looking at houses. The guide goes through the 14 steps to buying a home:
1. Choosing an Agent
2. Getting to know what you want
3. Obtaining mortgage pre-approval
4. Finding your home
5. Contract, offer, and negotiation
6. Once you are under contract
7. Title insurance
8. Home inspection
9. Obtaining homeowner’s insurance
10. Property appraisal
11. Survey
12. Final walkthrough
13. Closing
14. Possession
Congratulations! You’re done! But I’m not...Usually, when a home buyer has taken possession of their property, that is when the relationship with their realtor ends. As your Realtor in Denver I feel that it is of the utmost importance to keep you up to date on the value of your home as time goes by. Your accountant, your doctor, and your mechanic have a file related to you. Your Realtor will too...I will review your file with you yearly to see what is going on with your investment, and to advise you and answer questions as to any steps you might want to take related to real estate in the future.
I also maintain a "know someone" list for my clients. If you need help with anything from an accountant, to a house cleaner, to a chiropractor, to a plumber in Central Denver, chances are I know someone for you, and that person will come with my personal recommendation so you can trust them too.
